Ed joined in 2015, with a view to transforming the business into the leading Critical IoT Connectivity Provider in Europe. He has more than 20 years of commercial and management experience across multiple sectors in both FTSE 100 and early-stage businesses. Before CSL, Ed was at BT, where he set up BT ventures and ran SME Enterprises.
Ed is responsible for the commercial and strategic direction of the business. He has led the company through 2 management-out buyouts, firstly from Bowmark in 2016 and then to ECI in 2020, completing multiple acquisitions along the way.

Tom has over 20 years’ experience in a variety of senior finance roles in TMT and professional services. Most recently he was CFO at Cordium, an international regulatory compliance business serving the financial services industry, which he supported through a private equity exit. Prior to that, he spent 11 years in strategic communications including 8 years at FTI Consulting. Tom is a chartered accountant.
Steven has over 25 years’ experience in technology leadership roles across a broad range of industry sectors including Telecoms, Internet Security, Fintech and Legal Technology. Throughout his career he has managed Engineering and Operations organisations responsible for large scale, highly secure SaaS platforms. Most recently he was CTO at Rimilia (acquired by BlackLine) and before this CTO of HighQ (acquired by Thomson Reuters) – helping to transform each organisation and support successful strategic acquisitions.
Greville joined CSL in 2024, with a background in general management, sales leadership and IoT. Prior to joining he was at Radius for 7 years where he was Managing Director for the Telematics division, driving significant growth both organically and through the integration of 9 acquisitions as well as international expansion into North America and Australia. Prior to Radius, he was CEO of Isotrak, a UK based Telematics business providing complex solutions to large fleets.
Greville is responsible for the group’s revenue generating activities as the business looks to expand its IoT footprint globally.
Helen joined CSL in 2023 as interim Human Resources Director. Helen oversees the HR department and is currently working on developing CSL’s people strategy as the business grows. Helen is an experienced HR Director, with a background in multiple sectors including retail, distribution, customer services, financial services and gaming. She is familiar with the challenges of a fast-paced, fast-growing SME and spent 7 years at Amazon, 3 years at Ladbrokes before, more recently, setting up her own HR consultancy looking after a diverse portfolio of clients.
David joined CSL in 2023, with a background in digital marketing, IoT, product management and technology. He previously spent 6 years at Vodafone Group, working in a variety of consumer and enterprise IoT product roles. At Vodafone, David managed the development of SIMs, mobile apps and digital platforms used to provision, support and sell IoT services. Prior to Vodafone, he was involved in managing several tech start-up businesses, mainly supporting the telecoms sector.
David is helping to develop our award-winning product team into a scalable operation that meets the growing demands of our customers in both existing and new markets.
Jon joined CSL in 2015, with 25 years of experience in Telco networks. Previous to joining CSL, he spent 5 years as Head of M2M within BT’s Enterprises organisation, where he was responsible for building and developing a broad set of capabilities, products and revenue lines following BT’s acquisition of Transcomm UK, where he was Head of Technical Services.
Pascal joined CSL in 2018 with the aim of delivering CSL's next phase of growth in the Benelux. Pascal has more than 20 years of commercial and management experience in the Fire & Security sector. Besides his current role as managing director of CSL Benelux, Pascal is a board member of the General Board of Federatie Veilig Nederland and the Supervisory Board at FSS Events.
Tony has over 20 years’ experience in the security industry at a senior level. He previously spent 14 years at Visonic Ltd, including 4 years as Managing Director, where he implemented business strategy at both local and international levels. Tony joined CSL in 2013 and oversees our Supply Chain, Project Management and Customer Service delivery teams. Recently, he has also taken on a key role in delivery of the National Lottery project.
Charlie joined CSL in 2023 as IT Operations Director, managing both IoT and F&S IT infrastructure. He oversees all IT operational business requirements and ensures that we provide a reliable and secure service to our customers across all our products. Charlie has experience in a variety of IT leadership roles in companies across the technology/SaaS industry, utilities, and shipping/logistics. His recent roles have included leading public cloud adoption of Amazon’s AWS and Microsoft’s Azure, driving migration projects from datacentre to cloud-based services, and ensuring the ongoing running and evolution of an IT estate.
Hiran is an IoT Expert with over 23 years of experience in the Telecommunications sector. He joined CSL in 2021, having previously worked at Telefonica UK, where he spent 2 and a half years in a similar role, launching an IoT Solutions Ecosystem into the MNO (Mobile Network Operator). Before that, Hiran spent over 18 years at Vodafone, joining as a graduate and working his way up to UK IoT Channel Manager.
As Head of IoT Business Development & Partnerships, Hiran develops new strategic partnerships and works closely with new and existing global MNO partners to take CSL's Critical IoT Solutions into a broader IoT Market and New Verticals.
Rob joined CSL as Sales Director in 2009 and heads up our Sales and Field Technical teams across Europe. Prior to joining CSL, Rob worked at RISCO Group for 7 years, working his way up to Sales Director. In November 2022, Rob was appointed as the first chairman of the British Security Industry Association’s (BSIA) Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) Section. He is also a Trustee of Footprints Conductive Education Centre, Nottingham.
Richard joined CSL in 2018 with over 15 years of experience in the mobile internet and data sector. He has contributed to the success of both corporate and international start-ups including Hive, one of the largest connected home providers in the UK and Arqiva, a leading UK communications infrastructure company – central to millions of vital connections. Richard is responsible for driving new product innovation and solution strategies.
Vickie has been at CSL for 22 years, having joined us in 2001. She previously worked as CSL's Logistics Manager and is now Operations Manager at our Distribution Centre in Wales. Vickie's team of 11 people oversees stock procurement across the Group, including SIM inventory, and is responsible for shipping 300+ consignments a day across the UK, Ireland and Europe. They ensure that all purchase orders for our ever-growing product range are dealt with swiftly and efficiently, and always to our customers’ needs and expectations.
John has worked at CSL since 2009 and heads up our Sales team across the UK and Ireland. Prior to joining CSL, he worked as a Branch Manager at Endsleigh Insurance for 9 years and then at RISCO Group for 5 years. John joined CSL as a Technical Account Manager in 2009 and has been Head of Sales UK & Ireland since 2019. John works very closely with his colleagues within the CSL Sales team, ensuring that our customers are up to date with key industry changes and the latest innovations from CSL.
Jerry joined CSL in 2022 as Programme Director for the National Lottery project. He has 15 years’ experience with large scale Business and Digital Transformation programmes within global corporations across various industries. His previous roles include Associate Director at Kraft Heinz, Global Director of Programme Delivery at Harsco and Senior Programme Manager at BT. He is currently leading on the National Lottery project, which will see CSL working alongside Vodafone to deliver managed IoT services. These services will underpin the rollout of connectivity for the Fourth National Lottery Licence, which was awarded to Allwyn UK and will become effective from February 2024.
Sandro has spent 24 years in IoT and M2M, with experience in product, life cycle, sales processes, and business development. He began his career in Technical Support, then became a Product Manager and Marketing Manager, and has now been Director of CSL Iberia since 2019. He runs our team of 11 people in Spain, including Spanish-speaking service and support staff, and is highly focused on the customer experience.
Ingemar has been at CSL since 2019 and leads our Nordic team of 3 people, who are based in Sweden. Ingemar’s background is in the Nordic Security market, where he gained more than 35 years of experience with Siemens, Safetel, AddSecure and Innovative. Since joining CSL he has used his technical background, together with numerous years of sales, marketing and management experience, to deliver sustained growth for CSL in the Nordic market.
Adam has 15 years' management experience in customer service organisations, previously with BT and EE. He currently leads CSL’s customer service delivery team of 30+ people in delivering the highest levels of support for Installers on all products within the CSL portfolio. When Adam joined CSL in 2019, he focused on implementing new processes and training programmes for the team in order to provide accurate help and information, along with short response times. Recently, he has been working to ensure this level of support will be extended to our new project with the National Lottery.
